本校の日本語学科は、1989年に栃木県下で第一号の認可校と
してスタート。以来、世界各国から日本語そして日本の文化や技術
を学びに来日する数多くの留学生に貴重な日本語教育を行っています。
クラス編成は直接教授法による少人数制で、教科内容は東京の文化外
国語専門学校と提携しています。
本科修了後は、無試験で本校の他のコースへ進学することもでき、大学、
短大、他の専門学校への進学希望者には適切な進路指導を行っています。

The school's Japanese language
course was launched in 1989,
when we became the first school to
be approved by Tochigi Prefecture
to conduct Japanese language training.
Since that time, our Japanese language
training has been an invaluable resource
for the many foreign students studying
Japanese language, culture, and technology.
Classes are conducted in Japanese
and each class is kept to a limited
number of students, with the course
content
being developed in cooperation with
Bunka Institute of Language of Tokyo.
Students completing the course
are automatically eligible for enrollment
in other courses at the school. Language
training also fully prepares students
to
attend universities, junior colleges,
and other speciality schools. |

1.本校の日本語学科は栃木県第一号の認可校。

本校は昭和４年に創立されました。以来半世紀以上にわたり、
服装専門教育を実践してきました。そして1989年７月に栃木県
の認可と(財)日本語教育振興協会の認定を受け、同年10月より
専門課程・日本語学科が新たにスタートしました。入学生は留学
ビザを取得することができます。 |

東京の文化外国語専門学校と連携し、同じ教科書を使用し、直接
教授法による少人数クラス編成で授業行っています。
文部省から教材研究の指定を受け、1996年２月に非漢字系学習者
のための「初級漢字学習帳 I 」を発行し授業に活用し効果を上げています。 |

日本語学科修了後、本校の専門課程の各科に進学することができます。また、
大学、短大や他の専門学校へ進学を希望する学生には適切な進路指導を行っています。 |

文化の町として歴史は古く、学校の近くには、日本最古の史跡足利学校をはじめ、
足利尊氏ゆかりの屋敷跡(ばん阿寺)があり、緑多く落ち着いた雰囲気の中で勉強ができます。 |

Department
1. Our School's Japanese Language Department
Is Recognized As First
In Tochigi-ken.

Our school was founded in Showa
4 (1929). In the half century
plus since,
we have been offering a major in fashion
design. Then, in July of 1989,
we were
authorized by Tochigi-ken and in October
of that year a course major in
Japanese
Language was started. We are able to
provide visas for our students. |
2. Caring Instruction From Veteran
Teachers

We are affiliated with and use
the same textbooks as Bunka Institute
of
Language in Tokyo.
The number of students
per class
is kept small to ensure direct,
quality
contact with the teacher. |
3. Career Consuling Upon Graduation

After completing the Japanese
Language course students are
able to
enter other course majors at our school.
Students who wish to enter
university,junior college or other professional
schools can receive pertinent
guidance. |
4. Peaceful Study Environment

Ashikaga,with a population of
160,000,is the second largest
city in
Tochigi-ken. A weaving town from olden
days, it has much culture and
a
long history. Near Ashikaga Community
College is Ashikaga Gakko, the
oldest
school in Japan, as well as the remains
of the residence of the famous
Shogun,
Ashikaga Takauji and Bannaji Temple.
